Plymouth Swim

Returning for 2025 is the Plymouth Swim, run on the same day as the Plymouth Triathlon. We'll be working closely with Plymouth Tri Club & the team at Mount Edgecumbe to deliver a fantastic event at an amazing venue that's just a short ferry ride from the centre of Plymouth.
The sea swim is sheltered with land on both sides.
Kit Requirements
Just a swim suit and goggles. Wet suits are not required. However for first time open water swimmers wetsuits are recommended. They will keep you warmer and provide buoyancy that will make swimming easier. Short wetsuits or armless wetsuits are also permitted.

Directions
Foot passengers, with or without bikes can get the Cremyl Ferry across to Mount Edgecumbe. Alternatively you can use the Torpoint Car Ferry or drive round via a short excursion into Cornwall.
