We are re-launching the Wimbleball Lake Triathlon on Bank Holiday August weekend. 

It's a great swimming venue with quiet rolling roads for the bike course & a cracking run too.

You start with a swim in the lake, where swimming is not normally permitted. Then it's onto the quiet local roads for the one, two laps for Sprint & Standard with one complete lap for the 70.3. Finally it's a one or two out and back run mainly on gravel paths for the Sprint & Standard triathlons. Our 70.3 is running two 10k laps, it starts the same way as the shorter lap but adds a big tarmac loop on very quiet lanes.

There's also lakeside camping available but it sells out fast so early booking advised.
